Mike Erdley didn’t need any more tune-up to dominate the field at Port Royal in his EAGLE. The track regular performed flawlessly proving he is ready for the Outlaw invasion. Great to see Mike finish on top of what could be his last race in this historic ride.
Winning the preliminary night of the 2014 Devil's Bowl Spring Nationals and now the Winter Nationals preliminary, Tony Bruce, Jr. added another Devil's Bowl Nationals to his list of victories at the Mesquite, Texas oval, bringing his win count to three in his EAGLE with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series at the Devil's Bowl Speedway.
Kevin Ramey was the big winner at Red River Speedway in Wichita Falls, TX, topping both the $1,000-to-win 305 feature and the $2,000-to-win match race using his EAGLE car. On the very same night, Nebraska’s own Trevor Grossenbacher claimed the NE 360 Sprint Series Championship completing the finale at I-80 Speedway.
Zach Daum sealed up the 2014 POWRi Midget Championship with another strong finish in Jacksonville. This is Zach’s second consecutive Championship with his EAGLE midget.
HENCHCRAFT continued its momentum with the new 2015 chassis. Rick Hench had to experience the advantage for himself and dominated the I-35 Nationals in Cameron, MO. The seasoned veteran spent the weekend enjoying a visit with customers from around the country and sharing the potential of the new chassis. Fellow Henchcraft driver, and season Champion, Alex Therrien traveled south of the border to compete with the Empire Lightning Sprints at I-88 Speedway and added one more victory to a winning season.
